L&A Sweet was born from a young French couple's dream to bring a piece of French pastry craft to Brisbane. After moving here four months ago, we started this adventure with one idea in mind: creating desserts that surprise the eye, tell a story and bring something new to the table.
Every trompe-l'œil dessert is made by us, from start to finish. The biscuit, ganache, coulis, crémeux, compotée, white chocolate coating, assembly and final details are all prepared by hand in small batches, with care, precision and patience.

We are only at the beginning of our journey, but our ambition is clear: to grow, to last, and to share a new expression of French pastry here in Brisbane — handmade, elegant and full of flavour.
